Training
We will provide initial conversion instructions and supervision, and train your staff in the operation of ConsultRx's applications. We offer defined plans for installation and training as well as the flexibility to meet your operational needs and preferences.
Implementation
System Review
The Systems Review is a learning tool for both the client and ConsultRx regarding any unique organizational requirements. Prior to the commencement of the systems review, ConsultRx will forward copies of System Documentation for the client to review. This, in combination with any previous ConsultRx demonstrations, allows the client to be well informed with regard to the functionality available within ConsultRx before the systems review meetings take place.
During the systems review meetings, the client learns in detail how the ConsultRx System performs on-line. ConsultRx reviews the details within each module including all screens, all reports, system flow, job flow, and data elements collected.
Testing
The ConsultRx system is thoroughly tested prior to beginning training to make sure your system operates according to the System Design. Testing procedures continue throughout the implementation process. All enhancements and modifications made to your system will also be thoroughly tested to insure quality customer service. After rigorous testing by ConsultRxand the client, the training process begins.
Training
Training support prior to go live is provided by ConsultRx online or onsite at the client's facility. ConsultRx and the staff at the client site will create a training plan based upon your implementation time frames.
Data Migration
At your request, ConsultRx can provide complete conversion support to the Client. This support includes writing programs to serve as tools to bring data from your existing system to the new ConsultRx Platform.
Account Management
After the complete implementation, ConsultRx can assign a dedicated Account Manager to monitor the client. This individual is responsible for addressing any customer customization, as well as any organization specific changes. The dedicated Account Manager is also responsible for assisting the information systems department at the client's facility with any problems or questions in operation of the system. This provides the client with the assurance of a timely and accurate response to your needs and requirements.
